FBI Agent Jack Schafer
With warrant in hand, back on June 20th, 2000, the SLO Sheriff's Department showed up at Susan Flores' home at 529 East Branch Street in Arroyo Grande and did in fact search the property and did not find Kristin. For whatever reason, they decided not to dig up the yard. Subsequent to that search, I get this email from FBI Jack Schafer. As you see - we have a problem.
