The 'Tim Davis & Cheryl Anderson' Version

It may in fact be true...

1. I have my suspicions but their story may in fact be true.
2. It was getting late (2:00am-ish) and Cheryl wanted to head back to the dorms. It was about a 15-20 minute walk. Tim Davis offered to walk her home.
3. They notice a female student passed out on the front lawn next door. Cheryl did not know her but did recognize her as a dorm co-ed. Cheryl did the right thing and tended to her and told her she would walk with her back to the dorms.
4. Cheryl, Tim and Kristin.
5. Along the way, Paul Flores showed up and joined the group.
6. Upon reaching Perimeter Ave, Tim Davis said 'Goodnight' and headed off in a different direction to his car in a nearby parking lot.
7. Now on Grand Ave, Paul was alone with Cheryl and Kristin.
8. Paul repeatedly asked Cheryl for a kiss.
9. That didn't go to well. Cheryl told him "no!"
10. At Grand & Perimeter, Cheryl needed to head up Grand Ave towards her dorm at Santa Maria Hall.
11. She insisted Paul promise her he would see to it that Kristin got home safely.
12. Her dorm was only a few minutes' walk away.

Basically, that's the story. At least that is the story as we know it. It may be true nd I will give you (in my dopey opinion, anyway) why I think it may be true: St this time, Cheryl and Tim were just young kids. A missing college co-ed is no joke. They are now caught up in a major case and this is the 'Big Leagues' that they find themselves in. All of a sudden, Final Exams don't seem that important.

Next - now they are sitting down with FBI Agents who are 2X - 3X their age and that has to be very intimidation. My own sense of reality tells me that these kids are not going to lie to Professional Law Enforcement Investigators.

That makes sense, right. But with that said, there is another side to this story that makes me wonder.

The '26th' character is the actual character. The audio clip mistakenly says '25th'. I made a mistake but just double-checked. The audio says '25th', but it should be the '26th' character, The board above is correct.
